Spring Break 2011

Alright so Spring break has started for me finally and I decided to post my to-do list so I'll actually have some accountability so I might get stuff done.

The 'urgh" list
Clean my car out
Clean my room
Do Laundry

The Mer List
Work
Set construction for a local play

The Awesome List
Sew a bag (Inspired by Bird)
Make a skirt (Finally got fabric)
Play Dragon Age (Hopefully I still have some free time)

I'm excited about the sewing projects, I plan on taking pictures, maybe I'll do a photoblog thing. I've wanted to make a skirt for a couple of years and thanks to Bird I finally have the fabric and the inspiration to do it. I've been searching online for a guide on how to do it but haven't really found anything so I'm mainly going to be winging it.

Crap, I just realized I forgot to buy elastic. Always something ha ha. I've got to do the urgh tasks first though, and the mer tasks, but I will get to the fun stuff darnit, I want a new skirt for when school resumes.

I really hope we've got at least one working sewing machine in this house.
