What's For Dinner?

Today I had an egg sandwich. It's two pieces of toast with an egg fried sunny side down in between. Salsa might make it even better. I'll have to try that next time. It's pretty messy if you make it right. Really simple to make, though.

I have a major soft spot for grits and egg. Just mix up you instant grits and why they cool fry and eg to where it's still gooey in the middle then put the egg on top of your grits and cut it up and stir it in a make a delicious meal.

Southwest Eggrolls

These are my favorite thing to make. You can Google it for the exact recipe if you want.
They're eggrolls filled with black beans, corn, rice if you want, and an avocado dip. You can also use chicken I guess, but I leave it out. They're soooo good.

Pizza-dilla

Need: Two tortillas, pizza sauce, cheese, pizza toppings

Slap the pizza stuff between the tortillas, stick it on the stove until it's crunchy, then eat it.
You will not regret it.
