Jonathon set out a long sigh. He was lost, more lost then usual. Somehow he'd ended up at some weird temple, shrine thing, on accident. Plus it was raining, making things a little worse. Thankfully there was a roof. The knight entered the strange building to find something surpriseing. In the middle of the room was an alter, with stairs leading up to it from four directions. The alter was big enough for a human, and the space around it was large. Around he alter stood a group of people, chanting in a strange ancient language Jonathon didn't understand. Then he saw something worse, there was a corpse on the alter. A girl about his age. It was a scrifice. Jonathon drew his sword and grabbed his sheild and called up to the strange people. "Hey, back off, she's dead, you don't have to stand there!" Jonathon began too walk towards the steps, he could feel a force, an evil force. It grew stronger with every step. Jonathon knew that he had to press on though. He wouldn't give up.

Then there was a black portal that had appeared and the was a huge monster at least two stories tall if not taller trying to get through the portal. Just then the woman that Jonathon had thought was dead started to scream in terror. Then Romulus jumped down from up above where he had been watching them and attacked three of the people saying the incantations. He then ran and a group of the people ran after him. Then he grabbed Jonathon and ran outside and hid in a bush. As he waited for the men to leave he put his hand over Jonathon's mouth to keep him quiet. Once the men had given up and went back in the ruins Romulus said, "You shouldn't be so reckless if I hadn't been there the monster would have been released and killed both you and the girl."

"Right, giant monster, bad. Still, if I had known she was alive, we have to get her out of there. I think we can take that thing, aim for the legs." Jonathon said getting up. "I have to go back in there, I fell like I have to save her, or at least stop that thing in there."

"Ok sounds good to me, but this time we should try to take out the people saying the incantations so we don't have to fight the monster," said Romulus as he quietly hurried to the ruins. Once he arrive to the ruins he saw the monster already out of the portal getting ready to attack the woman. Then Romulus quickly ran to attack the monster, but when he attacked the monster it just moved it back a few feet because of the monster's steel armor.

Jack sat atop a high tower amongst the ruins. The clouds were over cast and a slight mist started to fall from the sky, the wind whistled around the eaves of the tower's lofty roof. Jack was bored, horribly and dreadfully bored. "I just wish there was something for me to do." Said Jack quietly to himself. "Any thing at all."

Suddenly the tower rumbled as Jack heard a loud roar from deep within the ruins. Jacks eyes flashed red and a smile appeared on his face. "Finally some poor dipshit awoke the Earth Eater." Said Jack as he flickered out of sight as he Teleported to where the sound had originated.

Jack appeared and he saw the large beast known as The Earth Eater, two male fighters and a young woman who would not stop screaming. "Amateurs!" thought Jack as he watched them try and attack the beast's legs. "SCATTER SHREAD AND TEAR." Jack bellowed as his blade appeared in his hand and he threw it into the air. The blade appeared to have shattered in the air and a grand multitude of weapons appeared around the monster.

Jack held his right hand open in front of him and bellowed. "Weapon Mastery Devour!" He closed his hand and the weapons impaled the monster, the beast shreaked in pain as the weapon flew about it, stabbing and tearing at the Beast. The smell of blood filled the air as the Beast fell down and died.

Jonathon stopped, his jaw dropped. The thing that moments before probally would've killed him without a thought, if it could think, was dead, or at least dieing. Plus, one guy did it in a few seconds. Then he remembered the girl. He ran past the guy with the weird magic sword, and the monsters corpse, and up the stpes. "Don't worry, you're safe, stop screaming." Jonathon said, he pulled out his sowrd and sliced the bounds. "Now, do you mind telling me who you are and why some religious nut jobs were sacraficing you to that." Jonathon pointed the blade towards the monsters corpse. "Don't worry, it's dead."

Then once the lady had finally calmed down she said, "Well first of all I would like to introduce myself my name is Lenna. Second of all I would like to properly thank the three of you for coming here to save my life, but on what you asked I'm not sure how much help I can be. There is at least one thing I know if you don't kill the leader of that group of people then this will just happen again, but be warned that the leader is a sorcerer that is more powerful and alot smarter then the monster that was defeated." Then Romulus walked towards her and said, "You don't need to worry we'll see what we can do. That is if that is ok with you two?"

"Ok then, but one more thing, how did you end up being those guys sacrafice?" Jonathon asked. He was suspicious about this girl, most of the time sacrafices had a reason for being a sacrafice, plus most sacrafices went willingly as a sacrafice to their religion. Not prisioners. "Plus, what did you do to end up on that alter Lenna?"

"I was just bored," Said Jack as he leaned against the pillar. " I really dont care what you do from here, But I think your seriously out of your League." Jack said as he sheathed his sword. "Oh yay, we saved the girl. now the girl gets all bossy insisting that we need to kill the head of this cult, who just happens to want to possibly destroy the world."

Jack turns and looks at the two warriors, "Now tell me, Do you have a plan? Hmmm or are you just gunna rush in swords drawn, and expect them to give in."

"Well first of all we should probably get as much information as we can and quick. Such as his weaknesses, his base, and whatever else we should know about him. Then we should go after him and try the best we can to beat him. Any problems with that," said Romulus looking at the other two.

"I don't se a problem." Jonathon said sheathing his sowrd. "Still, I think it's weird, how did someone like you end up here being sacraficed to that?" Jonathon asked again. He then had a thought, he ran to the corpse of one of the men that was performing the sacrafice. He began digging through possesions until he found it. "I think this can shed some light on things, I'd like to introduce you to our enemy, the cult of the skull, nice name." Jonathon said holding a piece of cloth. On it was a skull, and the name beneath it. "These are the guys we're up against. Now, Lenna, you have some questions to answear."

Lenna moved over to Jonathon and said, "If it is how I got here you want to know. I was at my house and then their leader came to my house and told me I was coming with him. Then my father went to attack him and was killed in one bright flash turning my dad to dust. Is that good enough for you?" Then Romulus said, "That's good enough for now." Then he turned to Jack and said, "Well how does the plan sound to you, Jack?"

Jonathon interupted. "Wait, I kindof enjoy NOT being a pile of dust in front of some lunatic shaman dude thing. I say we find a way to bait him out, stop his magic, THEN we can kill him." Jonathon said, from his seat on a large rock. "Unless someone else has another plan to not be dust, I like my plan, just needs a little more meat to it. Yeah..."

"Training." Said Jack as he walked closer to the warriors. " What you need is Training. Clearly the guy is out of your league." He looked at leena. " Oh and you... Leena, You really should be nicer to the people who just saved your ass." Jack jumped up and sat on the ledge high above the group and sat there.

Then Romulus said, "Well training sounds good to me, but it would have to be fairly fast training." Then he looked up at Jack and yelled, "What exactly did you have in mind for the training?"
