As he grips his sword tightly a Behemoth rounds a corner up ahead and roars loudly at them. It runs full force towards them and before it gets too close Cade squats down and jumps high over it. Just before landing he swings his sword and takes a big chunk out of its tail. It screamed loudly and bucked onto two feet. Cade landed and immediately ran around the side of the beast to wait to see what it would do next.

Lilith quickly moves backwards while grabbing for her katana as the Behemoth comes towards. While doing this she watchs Cade take a huge chunk out of its tail. The behemoth screams and bucks two of its feet. She moves quickly infront of the monster. She swings her sword at the left leg of the creature to take another huge chunk out of it before lepping to the side that Cade was on.

"Scathe!" Roared Jack as he appeared out of the shadows. A large beam of energy emitted from the Palm of his hand, The beam roared past the two warriors and caught the behemoth in the chest. The beast roared as its Eyes began to glow red, It prepared for its final attack. "Take cover Quick!" Yelled jack as he used a large column as a shield. "Its Unleashing Flare!"

The blast from the behemoths last attack filled the room. Jack looked up and saw cracks forming in the column that protected him. Finally the blast stopped and the dust began to settle. He saw the charred skeleton of the Behemoth collapsed on the floor. Jack walked up to the body and his blade shifted to a pole staff. "I think its dead." Said Jack with a smirk as he poked the body.

Jack Poked at the skull of the Behemoth with his pole staff. "Most certainly," He Said with a laugh. "Now, that its been proven you cant manage things on your own, You still wanting me not to guide you?" Jack said as he sat down and crossed his legs, rather relaxed humming a tune to himself. "And what and why you searching for this scroll?"

Jack shrugged, "Hell if I know," Jack lit a cigarette from the lamp that was nearby. "Though it is apparent you cant handle things here alone." Jack looked around and smiled "Well it looks like your friend got ate."

Lilith grumbles to herself "This is why I don't take missions from males." She looks at the what is left of the other guide. "At least you can handle monsters a lot better than he can." Lilith says as she turns away from the mess. Swaying lightly as she tried to walk towards a door before stumbling and falling face first. Lilith closes her eyes to stop the world from spinning and not watch herself make impact with the floor.

"Woah there!," said Jack as he moved swiftly forward and caught Lilith and laid her softly on the floor. " It seems you have let your temper and Fatigue get the best of you. Perhaps we should rest here for the night, anyways it will be better to search when theres light out anyways." He looked up at the starlit sky that shone from a hole in the roof. He reached into his pack and brought out some kindle and started a fire with a flick of his wrist. "So, tell me more about this mission.?"

Lilith opens her eyes to see she didn't hit the ground like she thought.
" It seems you have let your temper and Fatigue get the best of you. Perhaps we should rest here for the night, anyways it will be better to search when theres light out anyways." Jack says.
"Well if you wouldn't piss me off my temper wouldn't get the best of me."she tried to spat back. She rolls her had to were Jack was siting. "So, tell me more about this mission.?"he asks as he makes fire magically appear.
"This guy wants me to find some ancient text that was written down on scrolls. He told me that I could find them here. But he wouldn't tell me why he wanted them."she says as her eyes start to close while she looks at Jack.

" So you agreed to find these scroll for him," Said Jack as her eyes began to close. " And you have no clue what power they hold or what he's got planned for them?" Jack stood up and looked at the moon through the hole in the ceiling. "Thats Stupid," he said quietly to himself. "Rest well...White Lily"

"Rest well...White Lily." Jack says as Lilith drifts off to sleep by the fire. Darkness consumes her dreams as she wonders around her dreamless state. Then an image appears in front of her. It was a memory of when she was young and her mother wouldn't let her go outside and play.

"Mama why can't I go out and play?" the young Lilith cries.

"Because Lilith you must learn everything you can about the path of the ninja before you start applying everything you have learned so far and that way you can follow in your fathers footsteps."

"Okay mama. I'll be good and study the ninja way." Lilith says as she heads back to the school room to study some more.

"I'll be in a little bit to help yo study." her mom says as she smiles slyly behind her daughters back.

Lilith never noticed that she was still looking at her mom while walking away to the school and noticed that smile her mother gave until now. And just like that the memory is gone and she plunged back into darkness. But Lilith feels like she's falling and wakes up to see the sun shining through the hole from the previous fight. She wakes up in a cold sweet from what she just realized.
