Then Leviathan used Tidal Spin on the dragons that were burning from Bahamut's attack to make the area fill with steam while taking out some of the other dragons in the attack's path. Then Romulus jumped off of Leviathan into the steam and stabbed a dragon on the neck that he got on. Then Romulus used his water spell to create a tidal wave that engulfed all of the dragons close to him.

Rieka was watching the action go on above her head, She looked back at Neglamur and nodded, the dark beast bent down and gently lifted her up he then threw her into the air. As she flew towards the dragons Rieka cast purge and held her hands above her head, she blasted straight through the chest of one dragon, the neck of another. She reached a third one but only severed it's tail. She landed on it's back and stabbed her staff through it's skull, she then jumped Down to another dragon stabbing them as she went. She then began falling towarss the ground with no dragons to cease her fall. She cast tornado straight below her and used it to cushion her fall. She landed infront of Neglamur laughing as she sent the tornado up towards the other dragons to impede their flight.

A rift opened above the tornado, amidst the dragons. A man with a bow fell from it and landed on the back of a dragon. Several of the dragons were pulled into the rift before it closed. "Wow!" Atnem was amazed, not yet aware of what was going on around him. "Can't say I've ever seen this many lizards in one place. Where am I now?"
He saw the group that was fighting the dragons, and found it best to ally with them.
"Hello there!" He shouted, "I'll bet you wouldn't turn down a little more help."
Unable to aim properly, with his ride's unpredictable flight pattern, Atnem fired a Scatter Shot blindly into the tornado.

Jonathon hit the ground with a sikening cracking sound. Sure the fall was softened by Jack's sheild, but it was still a hard fall. Plus, the sheild dissapated on impact, and Jonathon fell deeper into the crator that was made on impact. All Jonathon knew was he couldn't move, and his sword was someplave esle on the battle feild, near by. "He...lp." Jonathon managed to say, he was so weak. The edges of his vision grew blury, then it all went black, and Jonathon was out cold. He knew he was in trouble, in alot of pain, in a crater, with dragons flying overhead, dieing. He could do nothing about it.

Rieka was watching the battle when out of no where a man appeared he landed on a dragon and yelled something, but her focus was diverted when she heard Jonathon hit the ground. "Shit! Fragile little human, Neglamur make sure nothing hits us." She yelled over her shoulder as she ran to the crater where Jonathon lay. She jumped down into the crater "Stupid, stupid human, so weak." She muttered as she checked him over for the extent of his injuries. "Vass Heil," She whispered mending his wounds. "You're not going to die today boy." She said standing up. Though you're going to be unconscious for a while." She cast a shield around him to protect him from any dragon corpses and climbed out of the crater to rejoin Neglamur.

Lilith brings out a white stone and says "White Bahamut I summon thee." A brillant light flashes up in the sky and the Bahamut comes flying down to great her. "Long time no see Snow" Lilith says as she hopes up on to the creatures back. "Lets kick some dragon butt shall we" as Snow lifted into the air to join the others in the attack against the dragons.

Jonathon got himself up to his feet. His impact had caused Ifrit to disappear. Now he was alone, on a battlefeild filled with dragons, summons, and other 'people' that weren't human. "Well, looks like I need a new strategy." Jonathon said, grabbing his sword. "Now, where to start?" Jonathon said, looking around the battlefeild, trying to find something to get him air born.

"Hey human quit being so reckless and find something useful to attack the dragons with!" Lilith yells from Snow's back as the creature flies towards the dragons. She pulls out her slicing string and makes a lasso out of it and throws it around one of the dragons necks and yanks on the string as the dragon flies by. The string slices the head of the dragon off. "I can't keep using this method it's to slow" Lilith thinks to herself. She pulls out her bow and arrow from her back along with a red stone. She held all an arrow near the red stone that made the arrow light with fire at the tip. She draws back the bow and shoots the next closest dragon with the flaming arrow. She kept this pattern up for a while. Then she whispers "Angels Vengeance" Snow's eyes glow red from her master saying the attack name. Snow starts discharging disks of yellow halo's at the dragons take them out in hordes.

Meanwhile At Gretchens

Gretchen sat in her study, a large book laid out in front of her. A cup of tea she held in her hand, the steam rolled off of it softly as she blew on it to cool the hot liquid within. Gretchen closed her eyes and took a sip of it. She breathed in sharply as if something startled her, The small cup slipped out of her hands and shattered on the ground as she stood up sharply.

She looked up on top of her cabinet, on top sat a large chest elaborately inlaid with jewels and ancient runes. "Its Time," she said as she retrieved the large chest from atop the cabinet. She removed the key that she always had round her neck and unlocked the chest. An immense blast of air came from the chest as if it had been holding its breath for a very long time. Within the chest was.....

Back outside Midgar

Jack stood atop Bahamut the wind rushing around him. He rapidly was casting spells as the beasts seemed to multiply. "GOD!!! is there no end to this." He said as he launched several Scathe spells.

Lilith steers snow towards Jack. "Apparently not." she says to Jack as she takes out some more arrows and shoots a few hundred at the hordes of beasts. "Have any brilliant plans Jack?"Lilith asks as Snow discharges more golden halos at the beasts. She notices that the summoning circles are not disappearing which means more and more beast will come from that on summoning circle. Aiming her arrow at the circle, she pulls the string back as far as it goes and shoots the arrow towards the circle. The circle shatters and the beast stop appearing from that summoning circle.

At Gretchens

Gretchen removed the key that she always keeps round her neck, and unlocked the chest a blast of power emitted from the chest as if it was awakening for the first time in years. She removed from the chest an object wrapped in cloth. Gretchen gently removed the cloth from the object. The object was a short sword of the purest white, Jewels were inlaid in the hilt shimmered with power.

Gretchen held the blade in front of her the blade pointing in the air as if she was saluting someone. "Heavens hidden power, entrusted to the Guardians, I speak in whispers as your humble servant. Become my blade, my soul, Bring your eternal light forward and shine upon the world." Spoke Gretchen softly, a light burst from the blade and engulfed Gretchen.

" You, who wish to use our power," Spoke the sword with a soft voice. " What is it you desire, Your intentions must be pure or we will destroy you." Gretchens hair flew around her as she spoke to the sword. "My intention is to bring peace once again to this world, To destroy the shadow that engulfs the land, will you hear my plea?"

" Your intentions are of pure heart, Gretchen Spellweaver. We shall entrust our powers to you, and of your friends. But they must unlock this power from deep within, You shall serve as their guide. This is your price, you must pay. Remember the Heavens are watching. Now Go forth and become once again a Hero." The sword spoke as the light began to dim. Gretchen was now wearing pure white robes and the wrinkles on her face slowly began to fade, Her hair what once was silvery was now, a firey red. "Jacky,Im coming for you." Said Gretchen as she sheathed the sword and teleported with a loud crash.

"Fuck!!!" yelled Jack as he was nearly knocked off of bahamut by a dragon. Jack teleported to the ground and landed softly. He Reached for his sword and readied himself for another attack from the group of beasts. A bright flash appeared in front of jack. He shielded his eyes as the light faded. Jack saw a woman dressed in white robes her hair a firey red, she unsheathed her short sword, then Said " Stand down Jacky, This fight is mine." She looked back and smiled, " After all, i hate letting you have all the fun." Then she jumped into the air and her blade shifted to a pure white mages staff. "Gretchen??!? Is that you?" Yelled Jack at the woman.

"Indeed I am," Said gretchen as she held her staff in front of her. " No time for questions." She smiled then began chanting. " Heavens rapture, Heavens Fury, Rain down the bolts of which forge and destroy life, let this light sit upon frozen sky, and burn with a thousand years. TRI ARCHANA BLAST!!!" Bellowed gretchen as Three large beams fell from the sky and engulfed thousands of dragons.

Atnem noticed a new character on the field. A woman dressed in white. She was powerful, for sure. She jumped into the air and her weapon morphed. She began chanting. This was bad news. There was no time to think. Atnem jumped off of the dragon he was riding, and it was engulfed. He fell toward the ground far below him, frantically trying to find a way to stop his fall. Everyone else seemed distracted by the new fighter. He had only one choice.
Atnem twisted his body around to face the ground. He nocked an arrow and fired, straight downward. "Dimensional Rift!" He shouted. The arrow exploded into a portal, and Atnem disappeared.

"Well at least I know how stop them from coming but to late for that." Lilith says as she notices a new person joining the battle. "This means only one thing and it's not a good thing if she's clad in white."she thinks to herself. She looks down to see to see Jack gawking up at the new person. She steers Snow towards the ground to get of the womans way. "Jack do you know who that woman is?" Lilith asks as she dismounts Snow. She looks back at the woman with fiery red hair before turning back to Jack for an answer.

Rieka Noticed the woman in White Appear and she felt the pressure of her power weighing her down. She saw Atnem falling through the air off of his dragon she was about to try and shield his fall when he disappeared. Suddenly she was blinded by a white light. She threw her hands up to shield her eyes and she felt Neglamur retreat from the light back into his orb. "I hope I'm not dieing," She muttered closing her eyes tight against the light.

"Yes, I do. But when i knew her she was much older." Said Jack quietly looking up at Gretchen in amazement at the power she unleashed. "I didn't know she bore such power, I mean i knew she could kick my ass if she wanted to but this.... this is big." Continued Jack as He watched the mages spells fly from her staff engulfing the beasts, and the summoning circles. "It seems the Winds of Fate are Changing." whispered Jack.
